1. The consultation fee charged by Healthcom through providing services includes 10% processing fee.
2. According to the related policy of Healthcom, the user is entitled to obtain a refund to their consultation fee only after payment is complete but have failed to make appointment and use service.
3. User is entitled to cancel reservation services any time. However, cancellation of appointment within 24 hours (subject to the appointment time) before execution of reserved service, Healthcom should not refund the consultation fee including processing fee to user; if user finishes payment but cancels the appointment more than 24 hours in advance (subject to the appointment time) before execution of reserved services, Healthcom should refund 90% of the total consultation fee to user but keep the 10% processing fee.
4. Unless circumstances stated above, users is not entitled to obtain a refund for the consultation fee including processing fee.
If any loss or inconvenience caused by termination of service by system maintenance or upgrade, or by any software/hardware faults which are out of Healthcom's control, this website will not assume with any juristic responsibilities.
